Peak Initiatives Limited (“Peak”, “we”, “us”) is an investment and trading company headquartered in Kampala, Uganda. This policy explains what personal information we collect through peakinitiatives.com, why we collect it and how we protect it, in line with the Uganda Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019.

What we collect
- Information you submit through our consultation, investment brief, prospectus and contact forms: name, email address, country of residence, phone or WhatsApp number, investor type, sector of interest, indicative investment size, preferred call time and any message you write.
- Technical data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, held in our hosting provider’s server logs.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, arrange a consultation and send the brief or prospectus you requested.
- To assess which of our services and opportunities may suit you.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
We process this information with your consent, given when you tick the consent box on a form, and where needed to take steps you have asked for before entering a contract.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and send email (for example our hosting and email providers), and where the law requires. Some providers may be located outside Uganda; where that is the case we take reasonable steps to ensure your information remains protected.
Cookies and third-party content
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser may contact Google servers when a page loads. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up and record-keeping, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, to stop contacting you, or to withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@peakinitiatives.com and we will respond promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Office in Uganda.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including access controls and secure hosting. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
